1. The online store check-out is for customers  from the 48  states of United
    States ONLY.   Hawaii , Alaska , Canada, U.K. , Europe and other 
    international customers, please contact us for payment and shipment

Sales Policy

1. Credit cards drawn on banks outside of the United States are not accepted for payment.

2. Orders to be delivered to an address other than the one on file at your credit card bank may be delayed for address and phone  number verification.

3. Not in stock orders will be shipped as soon as they become available.

4. Synergy Global Technology Inc does not refund freight charges for packages that do not  arrive on time due to delays out of their control including but not limited to  the following:

   airline delays; unavailability or refusal of a person to accept 
   delivery of the shipment; acts of God; disruptions in air or ground 
   transportation networks, such as weather phenomena; and natural
   disasters.

5. Synergy Global Technology Inc reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason or for no reason at all.      






Return Policy

The following product conditions may qualify for Returned Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) :

  • Unopened product returned for Credit: In most cases, Credit (less shipping and 20% restocking fee) will be issued within 15 days of invoice date. NO CREDIT REQUEST IS ALLOWED AFTER 15 DAYS of INVOICE DATE. To return unopened items, obtain an RMA number from us (click here) and return the product with the RMA number and a copy of the invoice. If the return is NOT complete and NOT in good resalable condition, the return will not be accepted and a handling fee will be charged. Please also note that sometimes manufacturer will not accept returns for any reason at all.
  • Unopened product returned for Replacement : Replacement is treated as a new order. Follow the above instructions for returning unopened products for credit (NO CREDIT REQUEST IS ALLOWED AFTER 15 DAYS of INVOICE DATE.) and your new order will be processed. Upon receipt of the payment for the new order, product will be shipped immediately. Credit for the returned product will be issued if we find it qualifies after inspection. 
  • Defective product returned for Refund/Credit:
    • Refund will be issued for most defective products within 15 days of invoice date.
    • Defective product must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories provided at the time of sale together with a RMA number and a copy of the invoice.

    • Refund /Credit (less shipping ) will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the Dead On Arrival (DOA) product.
    • If an item is NOT defective after inspection, the return will not be accepted and a handling fee will be charged.

     

  • Defective product returned for Replacement:
    • Most defective items will be replaced within 15 days of invoice date (after 15 days, returned items cannot be credited or refunded).
    • Defective product must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories provided at the time of sale together with a RMA number and a copy of the invoice.

    • For customer who require Immediate Shipment of Replacement: We will ship a replacement immediately, right after receipt of any applicable payment for the replacement from customer. A refund for the defective product will be issued upon confirmation that the defective product has been returned within 15 days of invoice date.
    • For customer who do not require Immediate Shipment of Replacement: Upon receive and inspect of the return unit, the defective unit will be repaired or replaced up to the sole decision of the RMA dept.
    • Replacement applies for DOA (Dead on Arrival) products only
    • If we determine the return is NOT defective, the return will not be accepted and a handling fee will be charged.

     

  • Remarks :

    1.  Non-defective products: Items that have been opened or have a broken factory seal may not be returned for credit/refund or replacement. We are not liable if you order the wrong product. We pay our greatest effort to provide complete and accurate descriptions of our products. Please review the compatibility and technical information of the product carefully and ask us if you have any questions BEFORE placing the order. Many manufacturers will not allow opened, non-defective items to be returned for credit or exchange.

    2. Short shipment (missing items) must be reported within 2 days of receipt of shipment.

    3.  Damaged Shipment:
    All damage occurs during transportation MUST be reported within 2 days of receipt of shipment. Please open and check to make sure everything is perfect before you or your warehouse person sign for the delivery slip. Signing delivery slip without opening box and inspection fully may lose eligibility of filing damage claims. 

    4.  Shipping and handling is non-refundable despite any purposes of returns or exchanges. For items shipped via free shipping service to customers, we will refund the unit price less freight and re-stocking fees only after approval of RMA dept.

    5.  Replacement  Freight
    We will pay ground freight on replacement for defective product ONLY. Shipping charge for any returns from customer should be paid by customer. 

    6. Price difference : If there is a price adjustment between the date of the order and the date the RMA is issued, the lower of the two prices is applied as refund.

    7. Bulk Order / Custom design products: Bulk orders or Custom items such as High Brightness, Quad Display, Touchscreen, HDMI, build-in speakers, DC power adapter and others designed by customer's specification are non-cancelable / non-returnable once orders are confirmed. We follow the information provided by customers to produce required equipment and quantity. It is customer's responsibility to absorb all incorrect quantity and custom items if false information is given by customer initially.

    8. Out-of-Warranty products: there is $80 inspection fee required to be paid in advanced before sending item back for inspection. The fee is not refundable whether item is determined be repairable or not.

    9. International orders: We provide tech support and parts for self-repair during warranty if applicable. Customers will bear shipping of parts if it can't be fit in USPS flat-rate box. So is return shipping after repair if equipment needs to send in for investigation.Please notice that we are not responsible for custom duties, taxes and brokerage fee of return goods, or sending back to customers after repair. IMPORTANT NOTES FOR RMA , please read carefully to enhance your return handled as smoothly as possible:

1. To obtain RMA, please click here. Items returned without an RMA number will be refused upon receipt. Synergy Global Technology Inc reserves the right to refuse any return for any reason or for no reason at all.

2. Once RMA number was issued, it is valid for 7 days ONLY. All return products must ship back to Synergy Global Technology Inc within 7 days of the RMA number issued date. RMA number will not be extended or reissued.

3. Please display the RMA Number(s) on the shipping sticker (never on the carton) of the returned package. We reserve the right to refuse return without RMA number shown on outside of the package properly.

4. All RMA cases effect on the date of obtaining RMA# ONLY. Reporting over the phone, email or fax without applying RMA# is NOT accountable. We are not liable if customers miss the deadline to file for return or warranty services.. 

5. A copy of the invoice must be included in the return.

6. Customer is responsible to return package in secured and insured packing. An un-qualified packing may occur damaged shipment and rejection of claim by forwarders. Synergy Global Technology Inc is not responsible for any damages occurred during the return shipment.

7. Obtaining a RMA number does not guarantee credit or acceptance of refund. Please read the above return policy carefully.

8. Any product returned to Synergy Global Technology Inc without an RMA number or neglected over 3 months without responding becomes the property of Synergy Global Technology Inc and Synergy Global Technology Inc has right to dispose it without further withhold. We are not obligated to provide a refund or replacement for such returned products.

9. Normally we will return customer's RMA request within 1-2 business days after receipt of inquiry. If customer does not receive the reply from us, it is customer's responsibility to contact us to verify the RMA request form is received by us

  • SYNERGY GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY INC. OFFERS A PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY PERIOD OF ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE OF NEWLY PRODUCTS UNDER NORMAL USE UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED. FOR DETAILS ON HOW TO CLAIM FOR WARRANTY REPAIR, PLEASE REFER TO http://www.RackmountMart.com/terms.htm.

  • EXTENDED WARRANTY MUST BE PURCHASED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS. NO PURCHASE OF EXTENDED WARRANTY ALLOWS AFTERWARDS.

  • CUSTOM-MADE / OEM / PROMOTED PRODUCTS ARE SUBJECT TO ITS SOLE WARRANTY PERIOD IN PER ORDER AGREEMENT.

  • LCD DEAD PIXELS POLICY: DEFECTNESS IS CONSIDERED FOR 8 OR MORE DEAD PIXELS ONLY! SYNERGY GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY INC. WILL, DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD, REPAIR OR REPLACE ANY PRODUCT AT ITS OWN DISCRETION. ALL REPAIRED PARTS RETAINED BY SYNERGY GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY INC. BECOME THE PROPERTY OF SYNERGY GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY INC. ALL REPLACEMENT PARTS ARE WARRANTED FOR 30 DAYS OR FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE ORIGINAL WARRANTY, WHICHEVER IS LONGER.

  • THIS WARRANTY IS NOT TRANSFERABLE.


  • EXCEPTIONS:

  • THIS WARRANTY WILL BE VOIDED IF THE FOLLOWING OCCURS: THE HARDWARE IS DAMAGED AS A RESULT OF ACCIDENT, MISUSE, ABUSE, MISAPPLICATION, UNAUTHORIZED MAINTENANCE, MODIFICATION, ATTACHMENTS OR ALTERATIONS, ACTS OF GOD, OR USE OF EQUIPMENT FOR PURPOSES NOT OTHERWISE INTENDED FOR THE HARDWARE.


  • EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY:

  • SYNERGY GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY INC. DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITIES BEYOND THE REMEDIES SET FOR IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY STATEMENT. IN NO EVENT WILL SYNERGY GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES INCURRED BY ANY PERSON, EVEN IF SYNERGY GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY INC. HAS BEEN NOTIFIED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR CLAIMS. SUCH DAMAGES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, ECONOMIC LOSS (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, COST OF CAPITAL, COST OF REPLACEMENT OR SUBSTITUTE EQUIPMENT OR SERVICES, OR CUSTOMER OR CUSTOMER¡¯S AGENT¡¯S TIME), PHYSICAL INJURY OR OTHER DAMAGES, WHICH ARE INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL.

  • SYNERGY GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY INC. MAKES NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES BEYOND THOSE STATED HERE. ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY PERIODS.
